Provide research and analysis on internal and external affairs in support of executive decision-making, with regard to factors affecting university planning and reporting and to formulate policy and provide analysis on university budgetary issues. The budgetary function exists to prepare, monitor and distribute university budgets from legislative requests to the final operating budget of the University in support of the University’s mission of education, research, public service and extension.
